Patriot rules!!
Patriot, unlike some other the more well know accounting and payroll option out there, is always available if you have a question. The representatives are knowledgeable and actually know their product. Are always professional and polite. I am so happy I found Patriot!

They make my headache go away
Their staff are easy to reach and available (during their business hours); and have always been incredibly helpful & efficient. And always very kind and positive! They make accounting & payroll super easy, affordable, and they take the stress & headache out of some of the business tasks. Their service helps me be able to focus on my passion - helping people heal. My only regret is not starting with Patriot sooner!

They are competent and kind!
Patriot Software makes it really easy to do business. They take care of everything with the state. Their customer service is great! Every time I call them for help they are not only kind, but incredibly competent. You can tell they are not growing too fast; they really value having competent employees that know what they are doing.

The support is awesome!
So far the program is easy to use with a bit of explanation from the incredibly helpful representatives at Patriot. I'm not an accountant or bookkeeper, so they've been great at helping me understand things.

We love the payroll software
We love the payroll software! For many years, I was doing payroll "on my own" and looking up the taxes etc... every 2 weeks. It now takes about 5 minutes to pay our employees, and they love having their checks in their accounts on payday! The tax filings are great also, and our accountant can easily log in and see everything.

Problem Solved
Problem Solved - no effort! The support team made me aware of a problem, and they solved it with no effort required on my part. The reports generated from Patriot for payroll filing are easy to read, easy to access, and I love the import option for QuickBooks Desktop.
