Company you can Trust
I'm not an account, but own small business. This site is very organized and easy for me to navigate. I can input the information and obtain the reports I need. If I make an entry error (which I've done) there is a chat box that gets me immediatey in touch with one of their experts. Gives me peace of mind. Patriot Software is my "third party" who automatically handles deductions and reports to the State as required by Law.

Ease of use & features

full service bookkeepin vs customer service from everyone!
I got a comment from the bookkeeping side to not do what the customer service side said to do. Namely Journal entries for withdrawals. I would suggest that accounts with full-service bookkeeping be marked so customer service can see that the answer to a standard question might not be standard. The second time I called this week the person in customer service screened shared with me, which is an awesome feature, and walked me through just what to do when I need to transition! Thanks

What do you like best about Patriot Payroll? From the very beginning, the user interface has an intuitive layout which is very easy for a beginning business to use without payroll system experience.
