Very responsive to our questions and concerns. The only issue I’ve had is when the social of my staff is wrong I wish there was a way to confirm that socials are accurate because an amendment is extremely expensive and I can’t control what my staff gives me. To be clear I am a new business owner and there probably is a way to figure that out ahead but I’m not aware of how.Thank you

Good product, customer service can be hard to reach
Product works well and no issues with remitting tax amounts. Customer service can be hard to reach with long wait times. Once you reach them, the service is good, even walking you through where to find reports or processing a report while you are on the phone.

Patriot is a great payroll service
Patriot is a great payroll service. I love how easy the interface is when I sign on to my online account to run payroll or generate reports. It’s very user friendly. The customer service is also excellent as they are there to walk you through the process and answer any questions. The pricing is somewhat reasonable, however I would want to see it significantly drop for the months where no payroll is run.

Great experience!
Patriot online platform is easy to navigate and self-explanatory. It is also easy to get help through chats, the staff is knowledgeable and helpful. Only the wait time on the phone is kind of long sometimes.
