Customer Service is first class!
Patriot Software's customer service is first class. Every time I have needed to call for questions, to add services, and the initial set-up, they are friendly, helpful, and just pleasant to speak with. The services themselves meet our company's needs although we do not use everything Patriot has to offer. The software is easy to use and most questions can be answered within their articles. I would definitely recommend them.

Not able to trust the service plus escalating fees
In the short time I have been a client, Patriot has messed-up my payroll by not filing required government reports, causing me to spend a fair amount of time to get it corrected. Even worse, they would not own it until I got past the first line of "customer service."Also, my account fee has been raised by about 50% since I signed-up.I would leave in a heart beat if it wasn't such a pain.

Love the software!
Love the software. Very easy to use. I can do payroll in 5 minutes or less. Never any issues.

The best payroll service out there for the price, for micro-businesses.

Great for new businesses
Great for new businesses. Accounting software is easy enough to use, even for a non accountant like me. I am glad to see continued updates and improvements to HELP areas. Still a little tough to figure out how to give a customer a credit or discount. I tried QuickBooks at the same time for a comparison on navigation and ease, and Patriot was much more user friendly in my opinion. I definitely recommend Patriot for small new businesses.

I love that you have listened to your customers and added features that we need. My only draw back is I wish there was a way to do receipts.

Top Of The Line Support
Although there is always room for improvement, I have found Patriot to be a great payroll processing company. They keep improving on what they offer and whenever I have had an issue, it has been resolved with great professionalism and swiftly. I have switched several of my clients over to Patriot from ADP and Paychex. I highly recommend them.
