I absolutely LOVE! this Software
I absolutely LOVE this Software. Any questions any issues are always answered almost immediately. I would definitely recommend this software to any small business. We are a very small medical office and have been with Patriot Software now for over 2 years.

Set up for Agricultural Employees
I WISH you would set it up for Agricultural employees. I have to literally go in and file amendments in order to deal with that. PLEASE move towards getting that done and I would give you guys a five star at that point. It's certainly easy and you guys do a good job, but that would make it EXCELLENT!

Love that I don't have to calculate all…
Love that I don't have to calculate all the payroll, W-2's and 1099's. Would like better communication on W-2 & 1099 filings. I was worried they did not get filed and couldn't find confirmation on the website. The customer service gentleman was very helpful in verifying that all the forms were filed. Navigating the menu is a little challenging because I only use it a couple times a month.

I would have rated a 5 star
I would have rated a 5 star except, but the only minor issue is your customer service hours is not longer. And for my office, we do our admin work and need to contact you after our patient hours are over.

Patriot payroll software is very user friendly and easy to get setup. The tech support is both responsive and knowledgeable.It is also a great value compared to what an accountants and the big payroll firms who run payroll charge.

Patriot has done a really good job of managing the business payroll. The experience with the chat line has been very good. The wait time on the chat interface has increased over the last year.
