Very happy
There system and web site are both very easy to use. Before I used Patriot, I used another name brand and I always seemed to have problems with the state of Ca. Since I have been with them, I get a check from the state of Ca for 2 or 3 dollars for over payment. Time is money and I would much rather pay an extra dollar then spend hours on the phone trying to straighten out a minor discrepancy. Very good experience so far
Very good experience so far. I few areas where i have some issues, finding a proper w-2 print off that is not a summary and the payroll section, when opening up all the pay options it would be nice to see them all on the screen not sliding back and forth.

We have had a great experience with…
We have had a great experience with Patriot. From the very beginning we encountered no problems in using the site and its reports. Topis are well-organized, input is easy and well-explained. The one or two times we called in the first few months we got a correct explanation without a long hold or someone calling back...that's rarity today.The reasonable cost makes it possible for us to be at ease with our payroll being done on-time and correctly.
