Patriot Software to the rescue.
Patriot Software came in at a time that I needed a payroll process that was easy to learn and easy to implement, without me having to go back to school (so to speak); more importantly, being able to do so in a way we could afford! I have used it in a non-prof environment now for a little over two years, and am still impressed with how it helps me stay current, and most of all 'clean' on my IRS and other obligations! And every one gets paid ... Kudos to the folks at Patriot!

Allows me to think about things other than payroll.
I have been using Patriot Software for my payroll, including sending appropriate forms and money to government agencies for me.Payroll is something I want to spend very little time on, and they allow me to do this.The few times I have had questions, they answer promptly and professionally.I do recommend Patriot.

Software So Good It's Fun to Use
I struggled for years with cranky, incompetent local suppliers whose staffs turned over fast, who nickel-and-dimed me on their way to their profitability, who could not give me a straight answer, with mysterious pricing, and which were impossible to use easily.Eventually my accountant said, "I found these guys online [Patriot], why not give them a try?"
