I have been a customer for two years
I have been a customer for two years, and am very pleased with the service. I have only one employee. Prior to using Patriot, my accountant prepared my payroll taxes on an annual basis. The cost for Patriot to do my payroll was about the same as my accountant, but the information i get, is much better. And, i deposit taxes monthly, all with no effort. Previously, I filed quarterly. I would recommend Patriot Software to any small business.

As the title states, my CPA recommended patriot software. I am self-employed and need an easy way to run my own payroll. The system is extremely easy to use and I just login run payroll in a few clicks.

Kind, Helpful and Simple
We chose Patriot Software when we were looking for a simple solution for payroll that we could make sense of ourselves if we needed to (which is not the case for us with Quickbooks). After 2 years of service, Patriot has successfully filed our state and federal payroll tax reports in two states and with the IRS. When we received a notice that a report may be missing they hopped on it immediately and helped us confirm that everything was filed properly. Everyone has been kind and helpful ...

I used to be with Intuit
I used to be with Intuit. I changed for the price as Intuit became more & more expensive. Intuit's service at first was good but as the price went up the level of service went down. After switching I found that Patriot's service was better than Intuit's & Intuit was downright nasty after I left but still needed to contact during the transition. I feel that the quality of their product & level of service coupled with the reasonable cost makes me a Patriot subscriber unless they falter like ...
