User-Friendly, Values Customer Input, Excellent Customer Service
What do you like best? They suit our needs while still being user-friendly, and without being overly complex. They value customer input and are dedicated to tailoring the software to fit your needs as a business. They also make tax-time a breeze, with preparing the necessary material. What do you dislike? Awesome software, great price
What do you like best? Patriot has saved me a ton on time and headache on payroll. It's easy to use and is priced very reasonably. What do you dislike? The only feature that Patriot lacks that would be helpful to me right now is the ability to have them make payments to the state for wage garnishment. Other than that, Patriot is great. The software did everything I asked it…
The software did everything I asked it to do. I had one employee and all reports were completed using the software and year end statements and the audit for my workers comp carrier were done as well.

Patriot does not make 943 deposits
Patriot does not make 943 deposits. I was not aware of this fact until several months after using the program. This created a huge headache with the IRS and SS admin., which after multiple correspondence over several months, the problem is still not rectified. Thanks but no thanks Patriot software!!!!

No Worries
I appreciate the ability to trust that what I know needs done is being taken care of for me. Payroll is not my thing and entrusting it to Patriot gives me that peace of mind.

Patriot Payroll
What do you like best? cost effective, easy to use payroll service What do you dislike? takes a little more of my time to use but overall great payroll service Recommendations to others considering the product: nothing What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Cost savings for the company was my overall goal and patriot payroll has saved me over $7,000 a year on payroll processing fees

Great service on the whole
During setup, the customer specialists were attentive and extremely helpful. As a full service customer, taxes, reports, updates are all timely and communication is good. :)Only recently (now 2 years since I began) have I had difficulty reaching anyone to help. Today I needed help with Patroll. I tried to call in several times, but couldn't get through - which might not be anyone's fault. Message said, "Your call cannot he completed at this time..." Never could connect. :(
