Patriot has been good for our small…
Patriot has been good for our small payroll. The handling of FMLA in WA was not ideal (no filing of returns or tax remittance) for the first year but then just pulled the funds for the most recent quarter without notice.I had to contact Patriot to find out why. In addition, the FMLA withholding was incorrect in the beginning, which I had to ask them to correct. Other than that it's been OK.

I only refer and use software that I trust and that have ethical behavior and not use a bait and switch and have hidden fees when a company closes partway through the year. I asked my peers if this was common and they were all shocked that Patriot did this.
