I started my own business 16 months ago and wanted a software package that was easy to use but also legitimate and professional. I found all of this and more with Patriot. The best part is the support. The people at Patriot are knowledgeable and friendly, and they were a huge reason I was able to get approved for a PPP loan. I would recommend Patriot to any small business owner who wants to do his own accounting and stay on top of the financials for their business.

Glad I found this Accounting Software

Glad I found this Accounting Software. Makes keeping track of expenses a breeze. Better even is the Payroll add on. My guys punch themselves in using their phone, hours go right to program. A couple of clicks and Payroll is done.All taxes are sent in by Patriot taking away all the paperwork. All for a very reasonable price. Love it.

Easiest accounting and payroll software…

Easiest accounting and payroll software I have used. And it just keeps getting better with features that are truly useful. The programming team listens to my needs and responds intelligently. Customer support is knowledgeable and politely helpful.

Not happy at all

Not happy at all. I have two locations now, and they told me that wouldn't be a problem before I got the second location, but they lied and can't handle two locations so now it's a giant pain in the ass every time I do payroll. The online check in doesn't work a lot of times and causes problems for me and my employees.

This product has delivered everything it promised. Its easy to use, the customer support is excellent. Once I gave it a test drive I was hooked and stopped looking elsewhere. We started in january 2020 and are very pleased with the service.

I run a small cleaning service and Patriot Software has been a God send!! It has everything I need to stay organized. I am a full service customer so I use their accounting and their payroll program. It it PERFECT for my small but growing company! Also the customer service is amazing!!

You get what you pay for

Their records are all over the place, had to pay extra to get access to all the records and transactions I needed, they screwed up all my taxes and don't' handle everything like they advertise. I was honestly better doing everything myself previously. You get what you pay for. Don't cheap out pay a few extra bucks and go with Quicken...headaches over.

Overall

Overall, a well designed software program with an easy to use interface. My only complaint is, as a doctor, occasionally we have to issue patient refunds. The only way this can be done is to enter that patient's name and address into your software as a vendor and then print their refund check. The problem with this is that over time, the vendor list becomes progressively longer and longer as we issue patient refunds. Just a thought - it would be nice if you provided a checkbox next to each ...
