Patriot Software never lets us down
Patriot Software never lets us down. We so appreciate being able to call and get a live person on the line who is well informed. We switched from Quickbooks Full Service Payroll over to Patriot Software within the last two years and the different is like night and and day. Thank you Patriot Software!

Working good for what I am doing
Working good for what I am doing. More affordable than my previous software. It took almost a year to get the enhancements to vendor check printing. Probably give 5 stars next time.

Patriot software is simple and easy
Patriot software is simple and easy to learn. I chose them because they offered what I need at an affordable price without a bunch of extra stuff. They always have tips to help you learn things about what they offer and how things work. I like the time sheets they offer and the layout of their portal and web site.

Great until their software makes a…
Great until their software makes a mistake. Then you get terrible service, full of zero accountability for their mistakes, not returning phone calls after they promise to call back, and no answers to any questions. They completely go on shut down and ignore mode.
