Top Notch Customer Service
One of our Employees advised they had not received their direct deposit. I reached out via chat to find out why the direct deposit was not received I was given the trace number to pass on to the employee. I always receive friendly and quick service with Patriot any time I need to reach out to them for whatever reason. I highly recommend Patriot Software their customer support is amazing and the software is very user friendly and meets all of our business needs. Kym

Very Happy!
We moved quite a few accounts over from QuickBooks Desktop to Patriot Payroll (full service). Very happy we did it! The initial setup was a little cumbersome but you can tell they value the security and identity of the account holder; which is important, especially in today's world. Patriot's customer service is fast, friendly, and thorough! We are saving a lot of time and money. Go Patriot!!

Patriot Software - Star Performers!
Patriot Software has made it so easy to pay employees in our small business. We are full service clients, so they do EVERYTHING! All of the government taxes, workman's compensation, it is all taken care of accurately and on time. In addition their customer support is stellar! They answer my questions so quickly and completely via phone and chat. They also have a wonderful library of articles covering all aspects of payroll. Their fees are remarkably affordable. Patriot Handles Tax Issues
Patriot has been following up with the State of Oregon on our behalf regarding a Year-End payroll tax issue since March. It's a relief knowing that they are taking care of the issue directly with the State for us. Thank you, Jake at Patriot!

Excellent payroll software. Superior customer service, accurate and the software correctly adds to QB. This is so much better than any of them I’ve tried in the past couple decades.
