Keep trying to get their attention
I was trying to login into my account but I remembered that my phone number is deactivated. I tried to get in with many attempts but it's no use if you don't have your old phone number. Your emails don't work either because all the emails that I DO get are "if you have any problems getting into your account try phone number, restarting your phone, etc, etc." I tried calling the headquarters to help but it's the same fuxking thing. Patreon works for the russian…
Patreon works for the russian government. It blocked and stole funds donated to help the victims of the russian invasion of Ukraine. A disgraceful organization that should stand trial for theft & collaboration with war criminals.

Truly the worst customer service on the…
Truly the worst customer service on the planet. I got scammed by technical issues after cancelling a subscription before renewal date. Patreon still charged me and their awful response was not helping. When I finally got a mail from support, they said that the issue could not be resolved by them. Litterally they said that problems on their platfrom is not their problems. Actually braindead people working there. When I further tried to explain to support, ther responses looked like ...
