Such a great management tool and easy to use!
What do you like best? What I like best is that everything you need is all in one place. It makes creating, emails, setting challenges, & responding to messages almost seamless. What do you dislike? What do you like best? It's easy to navigate, and set up. Took me less than a week to get a hang of it. What do you dislike? New affiliates should perhaps be subject to more checks. Great company to work with!
What do you like best? I have had nothing but good experiences with both the tool and the PartnerStack team. I have used the tool for a little less than a year now, and already there has been two updates to the tool to improve the user experience. Works well, helps attract partners, you get what you pay for
What do you like best? Being on PartnerStack helped us easily recruit partners, we didn't have to work very hard and we have several partners who are valuable and one who is very valuable. All of the functionality works very well. What do you dislike? We've had several episodes of fraudulent characters "partnering" with us and sending us fake customers just to try to collect some partner kickbacks (they fail of course, because we notice it). Good solution for scaling programs, but has it's drawbacks
What do you like best? Easy to get up and running and manage multiple programs at once. The team is very responsive to questions. What do you dislike? The platform has a ton of quirks and usability challenges. A great platform with loads of functionality
What do you like best? It's a great platform that delivers some really useful functionality. Being able to set up applications for partners to apply to a program makes life super easy. Tracking referrals from partners and allocating relevant revenue share is all automated is awesome! Their Customer Success team are amazing! What do you dislike? Reliable and makes my job easier!
What do you like best? I love how easily I can grab data from how our partners/affiliates are doing and especially that I can manage all of them with just a few clicks of a button. Their support team is phenomenal and are always super helpful when I have issues I can't solve on my end. What do you dislike? There could be some improvements on user friendliness. What do you like best? The thing I appreciate the most about Partnerstack is its ease of use and implementation, and constant improvements being made. What do you dislike? Even if it seems like a small thing, it's quite annoying: in the left panel, the "Messages" section, you can't tell if you have a new message. Partnerstack is a super intuitive and easy to use platform that allows our partners to easily submit deals and drive business while also having the flexibility for unique and one-off configurations or processes.
