What do you like best? Pardot is intuitive and user friendly platform. Most of the basics are already built for you, they just need to be customized for our business and industry - like the lead scoring model, you only need to adjust the points but the criteria is already there. What do you like best? - Very easy to build complex automation with automation rules and dynamic/static lists. Good Marketing Automation Tool
What do you like best? The platform is very user friendly and the interface is vert straight forward. Email editing and scheduling is very easy to do. Documentation is quite good to learn and understand. Engagement studio is very useful as you can customise nurture campaigns. Not the Most User Friendly
What do you like best? I like the lead scoring that you are able to build out with Pardot. I also like how you can see how prospects and clients are interacting with everything you are doing. What do you dislike? I am not a fan of how you have to customize everything in HTML to make any changes to emails or landing pages. What do you like best? Very easy to use, logical UI/UX. The native integration between Salesforce and Pardot makes working within the two systems a breeze. Email marketing with litmus plugin is a great feature! What do you like best? The UI is fairly easy to use, as were the email templates. What do you dislike? There were very significant limitations to the automation capabilities which resulted in our contacts being emailed multiple times within a few minutes. What do you like best? It's easy to resize photos within the tool (no need to size prior to uploading images). It's somewhat simple to go into the HTML to fix font or spacing errors when necessary.
