Complex and cumbersome
What do you like best? I enjoy that the email platform integrates with Salesforce. What do you dislike? Building the emails is very cumbersome and the analytics that result from sends is difficult to read and understand. Salesforce works great as a Sales Platform to track leads, accounts, activities, etc.

Great Marketing Automation Tool
What do you like best? I really like Pardot Lightning version and it's seamlessness integration with our CRM. It also gives us the opportunity to run reports based on the performance of our email campaigns directly in our CRM. Good tool for marketers looking for email marketing and nurture programs
What do you like best? The ability to sync with tools such as Salesforce and GoToWebinar is nice. It is user friendly and makes things like building landing pages with forms very easy. What do you like best? The user interface is really easy to navigation and understand; more than 200 of us were able to easily teach our subscribers to use this tool. Experienced customers have had the opportunity to move from the current system, which is complex, to Pardot with access hours that are fast and require no training. What do you dislike? Strong on integration, limited on featureset
What do you like best? Because of Pardot's tight integration with Salesforce, we were able to get up and running successfully with minimal effort in about 10 business days. It is intuitive enough that a team experienced with other automation tools will likely not need PS support or dedicated training. What do you dislike? Easy to learn, but could make improvements.
What do you like best? I like that it is innately integrated within Salesforce. My company uses Salesforce for everything, so that we can see website and marketing activity on Salesforce because of Pardot is very useful. What do you dislike?
