What do you like best? Daily visitor reports and real-time visitor tracking, CRM-connectivity, ability to track Outlook emails/attachment opens with Pardot. What do you dislike? The WYSIWYG email editor is not always "what you see is what you get" - there are some html issues that crop up that are difficult to detect for the user with average HTML knowledge. What do you like best? Best? Easily the support. Pardot support is the bar that any organization should strive to meet. Second? How fast they can iterate their product to get a really needed bug fix put in for you. Sometimes a day, sometimes more, but astonishingly fast. Third? The product!
