What do you like best? I like being able to view the metrics for each email. Being able to send test emails is a plus. Overall the editing tools are fairly easy to use. I like being able to schedule, send immediately or save a draft. What do you dislike? Right now, I dislike the top menu structure being located right above the editing features in an email. I'm often working in an email and go to edit it only to end up accidentally clicking on a dropdown menu item and there for being ...

Great behavioral insights and marketing automation tool.

What do you like best? The ability to build out buyer persona and behavior messaging. What do you dislike? Not a fan using the pardot process to build out landing page templates. Need to be a html and css expert. Recommendations to others considering the product I recommend this product to automate your marketing nurturing processes and to gain insight to your prospects buyer patterns

What do you like best? UI is easy to understand, our Implementation Consultant is extremely knowledgeable. What do you dislike? while out-of-the-box reports are great, it would be nice to have the ability to run more customized reports. What do you like best? My team has been using Pardot for about 1.5 years. I have been extremely happy with the functionality of the product and the quality of support. Their pricing model is very simple and transparent. We make extensive use of drip marketing and Pardot provides the flexibility we need at a reasonable cost. Best Customer Support!

What do you like best? The customer support team is incredible! We had a full detailed launch plan and steps to successfully get the product implemented. We we're migrating from another system so essential everything had to be rebuilt and reconfigured. We now are able to measure our first touch attributions in Pardot and our last touch in Salesforce.
