What do you like best? I love the scoring, grading and dynamic content. Segmentation off of lists are basically never ending off how the segmentation you can do to get the right people the right content. What do you dislike? The campaign is a little clunky but nothing to worry about. Pardot makes marketing automation simple
What do you like best? Two things: Pardot support, and email drip campaigns. The support teams at Pardot are incredibly responsive, ridiculously helpful and always deal with any problems in a swift and comprehensive manner. Our client advocate is always keen to hear from us, and always looks to fold our feeback back into the organisation, often resulting in product improvements. What do you like best? When trying out Pardot one thing was evident, the software was incredibly feature rich and offered everything and anything you could possibly want. AB testing, landing pages, social media, etc. It's obvious that they were on the right track since they were just acquired by Salesforce. Making their integration even more tighter. What do you like best? Pardot is easy to use and the support staff is amazing, both in chat and on the phone you can tell they really care about your ability to use the software well. Pardot is easy to use, and they continue to develop the UI to make it simpler to understand. What do you like best? Pardot offers reporting on almost every possible data point. The email wizard is easy to use. And the support staff is always more than friendly. What do you dislike? The templates that are offered are a little bare. Recommendations to others considering the product Definitely a smart choice if you have a sales force ready to adopt email automation.
