What do you like best? Simplicity and service. 1 - I LOVE that as a non-technical person without a lick of html or css know-how, I could fire up Pardot and hit the ground running without much friction. If you want a crucial Salesforce.com Integration and great customer service, look no further.

What do you like best? - On boarding process - Customer service - Price / Value - Flexibility - Salesforce Integration What do you dislike? - Reporting is more helpful in some places than others Recommendations to others considering the product Checked out Hubspot, Marketo and a couple of others. Great product, great team of people, outstanding support

What do you like best? We are metrics freaks, and we get great reporting out of Pardot. I've used Eloqua and Marketo in the past and think Pardot is a superior offering as it has a shorter implementation, attractive pricing and included onboarding. Product roadmap is rich and robust, yet they seem to take the time to organize the user interface in a sensible way. What do you dislike? Nothing really. So far, it's been easy to deploy and see the value from. Recommendations to others ...

Simple, robust, and a "must" for any company going to market strong.

What do you like best? Pardot has the ability to easily segment lists, created very simple stories for each prospect to follow. Their service is impeccable and their guides and content have made is very easy to make our campaigns even better. At Rivalry, we keep our Pardot Lead Deck up on a screen 24/7. What do you dislike? It is the ultimate marketing solution. If you try to use it for in-app metrics (user actions, triggers, etc., it's tough to do. But then again, that's not it was ...
