What do you like best? Pardot is great in that it has many connections to external services that give you better insights into your contact's digital body language. From the Wistia connector (which allows you to see which videos & how long your contacts are viewing to the Google Analytics connector (which allows you to see interactions with your web properties it's awesome to be able to segment based on very granular interactions. Great company, great people, always growing and innovating!
What do you like best? The product is great! The way it enables our email marketing and web tracking to be more efficient is a huge help. But it's the people of Pardot that truly make it stand out. They are always responsive and helpful. We love our Pardashians! What do you dislike? My beefs are minor, and they are working on innovating and improving many of them as we speak. What do you like best? Pardot is excellent in responding to their customers' requests. Anytime i need support they are there and willing to help out. Not just support, but taking customers' ideas as well. They don't try and design their solution based on their own biases, they take a lot of customer requests for improvements and it makes the solution very easy to use and fun as well. What do you dislike? I am not a big fan of the reporting. I am probably spoiled with Salesforce.com's ...

What do you like best? The site is fairly intuitive, steps are grouped in a logical fashion and reporting is very easy. What do you dislike? Nothing yet. We are still in the implementation phase. Recommendations to others considering the product Compare ease of use. We used Marketo for a year, and without a full-time administrator of the tool, we were unable to fully take advantage of the capabilities. What business problems are you solving with the product?
