What do you like best? Pardot is relatively user-friendly. The reporting capabilities are informative and efficient. Also importing prospects can be done quickly and can be easily sorted and viewed. What do you dislike? Overall Pardot is efficient, however, their email editor requires some HTML knowledge to create custom emails. What business problems are you solving with the product? Good marketing automation tool for those starting out
What do you like best? Pardot's ease of use and helpful support team are standouts for the product. The new email layout previewer that allows you to see how emails render across major platforms is a game-changer. What do you dislike? Great at minimizing back and forth work
What do you like best? I like that Pardot minimizes the amount of go between required when setting up an email campaign. From start to finish, everything I need is there. What do you dislike? I think that the connectors with other tools could be integrated a little better, especially the one for ReadyTalk. Waiting for more integration with SF.com
What do you like best? I like pardot's ability to integrate into the website. I like the integration with salesforce.com but want more features. What do you dislike? There are too many layers to complete a task, not all in one place. Set up a campaign in one place, create a form in another, build the page in another. It should all be in one campaign. What do you like best? I like that Pardot has a lot of features that make the job as a marketer easier. I also like the import from URL feature in building landing page templates. What do you dislike? I dislike the email editor. It is necessary to have a background knowledge of HTML to build attractive emails that render across all platforms. What do you like best? I like that the software is intuitive and most users can pick it up relatively quickly. Gives us great insight to the flow of traffic on our site. What do you dislike?
