Pardot for SF
What do you like best? The ability to create vanity URLs and landing pages to track the effectiveness of our marketing. Also like the simplicity of creating email campaigns. What do you dislike? Just implemented it 2 months ago so still learning everything and without a person in house to show us what to do it is VERY hard to learn yourself (even with the links and videos What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? being able to track ...

Pardot has been a game changer but bugs can be frustrating
What do you like best? The tight integration with Salesforce and the ability to automate complex backend functions have transformed how we run our sales/marketing. Our entire team now works as a much more coherent whole and we're able to focus on closing more deals. What do you dislike? Like all complex platforms Pardot has its share of bugs. While their support team is very responsive when you uncover a true bug that's one they don't determine to be mission critical it can take them a ...

Pardot is a great tool for automating our lead funnel
What do you like best? Starting with lead-capture using form handlers and integrations with things like Wistia all the way through to the Salesforce integration where we hand off leads to the sales team, Pardot cuts a lot of work out of managing our marketing funnel. What do you dislike? There are still a lot of frustrating limitations (like not being able to send Company names through the GoToWebinar connector that seem to take up time in my day. What business problems are you ...

A fun company and intuitive product
What do you like best? I love the UI - it's easy to find and walk through functions in Pardot with very little training. I also like their support and the company as a whole - they've been a lot of fun to interact with. What do you dislike? The connection to our CRM, Netsuite, has been difficult for reporting - enough so, that we are paying for a whole separate tool to try to connect them. Recommendations to others considering the product Just make sure it works well with your CRM! ...

Pardot Review
What do you like best? i love the simplicity of Pardot. My current job is the first time i have had to use a web based interface and Pardot has made it less of daunting task. What do you dislike? Pardot seems to be very glitchy and with the transition to salesforce some things don't sync as well as i would like them too. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Pardot allows us to adapt to costumer with easy list splitting and track ...

New Pardot user
What do you like best? I like that the platform is easy to use. Building landing pages, forms and email is pretty intuitive. Super easy to sync to SFDC, too! What do you dislike? I'd like an easy way to update data in SFDC. Instead of having to pick a master for field values, allow updates to happen both on the Pardot and SFDC side! What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It's a more robust platform with better reporting ...

Good marketing automation tool for those starting out
What do you like best? Pardot's ease of use and helpful support team are standouts for the product. The new email layout previewer that allows you to see how emails render across major platforms is a game-changer. What do you dislike? The product needs more enterprise features and features that allow it to scale. Cloning must be further facilitated, analytics need some beef. Logic and workflow features can be augmented. What business problems are you solving with the product? What ...

Waiting for more integration with SF.com
What do you like best? I like pardot's ability to integrate into the website. I like the integration with salesforce.com but want more features. What do you dislike? There are too many layers to complete a task, not all in one place. Set up a campaign in one place, create a form in another, build the page in another. It should all be in one campaign. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Demand gen and lead gen
