Working Great!

What do you like best? I like the lead scoring/grading which helps me know who is engaged by looking at email analytics . What do you dislike? The track with Pardot extension for Gmail conflicts with other extensions I use like Cirrus Insight. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Customer engagment by using campaigns and activity tracking. It allows me as a sales person to contact directly with interested parties.

Great for keep thing connected

What do you like best? Pardot is fairly easy to use for both email design, automation and analytics. It's easy to set up and offer some great connector for stuff like Salesforce, Wistia, GoToMeeting and Webinars. What do you dislike? It can be a little tricky to track some of the more custom things and I really wish that it either offered a good integration with something like MailChimp or that it was possible to send out automated newsletters with feeding directly from Pardot. Good site and easy to work with.

What do you like best? I like the interface and the look of the site. It's easy to maneuver around. What do you dislike? I do not like the lack of wysiwig in making landing page templates. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? This is great in making a formatted landing page that is designed with our website brand and look. It makes for very cohesive campaigns.

What do you like best? how user friendly the tool is, reports, and navigation What do you dislike? I would like to see more metrics, and options for rules What business problems are you solving with the product? Growing up with Pardot

What do you like best? Customer support is top notch. I love that I can open up the chat window and immediately talk to someone about any issue I experience. The support team are knowledgeable, friendly and fun! When the problem is especially tricky or related to a bug in the system, they ask to take it offline and start a case I can follow via email until the issue is resolved. Great for Email Templates and Campaigns!

What do you like best? I really enjoy the ease of creating and managing email templates for our various campaigns. Being able to hammer-out one awesome template that I can copy for future emails is a huge time saver. Although I know my fair amount of HTML/CSS, it helps to have a competent WYSIWYG editor that allows me to quickly whip-up some style. Great service, much better product after update

What do you like best? The customer service at Pardot is great. Our "client advocate" is very helpful and responds lightning fast to any issues I have. The new update to the email editor is so much better... the autosave has saved me many times! The whole tool is much easier to use now and makes my email creation much faster. What do you dislike? Pardot is a big part of everything I do.

What do you like best? Pardot plugins are very easy to setup. It's list management and scoring is also incredibly easier than salesforce + marketo. If you are doing easy regular type emails that aren't incredibly dynamic you'll have a blast. What do you dislike? The landing page and email templating system is not intuitive to non-technical users. If you make a template the editable regions won't necessarily be clear. Much better than Hubspot

What do you like best? The product has consistently grown and expanded since it was purchased by salesforce. What do you dislike? The support leaves much to be desired. I've been given incorrect info in the chat feature on more than one occasion that led to things not working as they should. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Getting leads from website into salesforce, sending email, building landing pages with seamless integration.
