Easy Implementation and Great Ongoing Support
What do you like best? I loved how easy it was to implement this product. The team was very supportive and helped us get up and running in no time. They were especially helpful integrating this product with sales force. The ongoing support is also very helpful. It's easy to get in touch with support and our account advocate. Pardot - I like it a lot.
What do you like best? Landing Page creator - the most computer illiterate person can figure it out. What do you dislike? Glitches from time to time, the email editor can be a little difficult to deal with. Sometimes it's just easier to work directly in the html coding. Always helpful and friendly, despite bugs
What do you like best? The live chat support is a great help! Whenever I have a question or run into a bug, the support team is ready to help and walk me through any issues I might be having. What do you dislike? The amount of bugs that occurs with the email editor. Also I wish there was more stability with the drip campaigns so we could schedule them out at particularly times. What do you like best? I like that the platform is easy to use. Building landing pages, forms and email is pretty intuitive. Super easy to sync to SFDC, too! What do you dislike? Robust product, easier learning curve than other marketing automation services
What do you like best? The interface and flow behind this product seems much more straightforward than other products i have used like Eloqua if you have time to go through the product demos and tutorials. The close integration with salesforce is great. The plugin for wordpress was great for getting tracking and forms up and running without almost no effort at all. Easy to upload contacts. Pardot is a big part of everything I do.
What do you like best? Pardot plugins are very easy to setup. It's list management and scoring is also incredibly easier than salesforce + marketo. If you are doing easy regular type emails that aren't incredibly dynamic you'll have a blast. What do you dislike? The landing page and email templating system is not intuitive to non-technical users. If you make a template the editable regions won't necessarily be clear.
