A fun company and intuitive product

What do you like best? I love the UI - it's easy to find and walk through functions in Pardot with very little training. I also like their support and the company as a whole - they've been a lot of fun to interact with. What do you dislike? The connection to our CRM, Netsuite, has been difficult for reporting - enough so, that we are paying for a whole separate tool to try to connect them. What do you like best? The reporting tools and being able to see prospects when they visit the website. What do you dislike? I do not like the new folders feature, but that might be because I haven't fully learned how to use them yet. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are reaching out to prospects and clients in a timely and scheduled manner now. We are working on setting up drip campaigns.

Easy Implementation and Great Ongoing Support

What do you like best? I loved how easy it was to implement this product. The team was very supportive and helped us get up and running in no time. They were especially helpful integrating this product with sales force. The ongoing support is also very helpful. It's easy to get in touch with support and our account advocate. Great service, much better product after update

What do you like best? The customer service at Pardot is great. Our "client advocate" is very helpful and responds lightning fast to any issues I have. The new update to the email editor is so much better... the autosave has saved me many times! The whole tool is much easier to use now and makes my email creation much faster. What do you dislike? The editor sometimes runs slow or kicks me out as I'm working. Sometimes the HTML doesn't behave. Recommendations to others considering ...

Pardot - I like it a lot.

What do you like best? Landing Page creator - the most computer illiterate person can figure it out. What do you dislike? Glitches from time to time, the email editor can be a little difficult to deal with. Sometimes it's just easier to work directly in the html coding. Always helpful and friendly, despite bugs

What do you like best? The live chat support is a great help! Whenever I have a question or run into a bug, the support team is ready to help and walk me through any issues I might be having.
