What do you like best? I like the ability to use multiple formats for generating mass e-mails and create templates to share with colleagues. What do you dislike? I am not sure if it's the service we have for Salesforce, but it would be great if you could actually run Salesforce contact reports IN Pardot, and then use them to send e-mails, instead of the current process, which is to run the report in Salesforce, export it, format it, and then RE-import it into Pardot as a list. ...

One of the best MA tools around ... and it cooperates nicely with salesforce

What do you like best? Just what we needed for running email campaigns it saved a lot of time with an easy to use interface, good onboarding program and tight integration with salesforce. the powerful data insights into prospects is amazing. What do you dislike? the campaign nomenclature was a little confusing as it differs from salesforce but aside from that a solid program, and sometimes the wysiwyg editor can stop responding What business problems are you solving with the product? ...

What do you like best? i love the simplicity of Pardot. My current job is the first time i have had to use a web based interface and Pardot has made it less of daunting task. What do you dislike? Pardot seems to be very glitchy and with the transition to salesforce some things don't sync as well as i would like them too. What business problems are you solving with the product? Great for keep thing connected

What do you like best? Pardot is fairly easy to use for both email design, automation and analytics. It's easy to set up and offer some great connector for stuff like Salesforce, Wistia, GoToMeeting and Webinars. What do you dislike? It can be a little tricky to track some of the more custom things and I really wish that it either offered a good integration with something like MailChimp or that it was possible to send out automated newsletters with feeding directly from Pardot. What do you like best? Cutting out the manual steps and giving me what needs my attention now! What do you dislike? I only dislike that I am still working to leverage the power of the tool and so I am sure there are things that could be helping me but they aren't set up yet. Pardot has been a game changer but bugs can be frustrating

What do you like best? The tight integration with Salesforce and the ability to automate complex backend functions have transformed how we run our sales/marketing.
