Pardot is Making Marketing Automation easy to use

What do you like best? The tracking of opened emails allowing me to see who and when a link was clicked What do you dislike? Just the learning curve to become completely familiar with all of Pardot's capabilities What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Great Editor Options

What do you like best? I really enjoy the editor tool. Having worked with other marketing automation software that requires a lot of HTML customization, it's great having the ease and flexibility to customize emails without coding and jumping to tons of different tabs to get templates and design images. Pardot is helping manage our prospecting

What do you like best? Ability to create, manage, alter various campaigns with minimal effort What do you dislike? Still figuring out how to best use through SFDC. Wish it were a bit easier in terms of fields switching, etc... What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Being able to spend more time doing more individualized prospecting, because Pardot has taken the reigns on managing larger campaigns.

What do you like best? The platform is always being updated with more improved features and better usability methods. They have done a good job of not making it seem overly complicated but when you need advanced capabilities, it has them. Their documentation is very good. What do you like best? Pardot is great at simplifying the process, especially for a company just getting its feet wet in marketing automation. It has allowed my clients a much easier time visualizing all the touchpoints and how they can support the sales process. What do you like best? Everything, It's fast, easy to use once you figure out where everything is. Content upload, vanity URLS, segmentation, forms, landing pages, drip campaigns could not be any easier. Really it's faster than building a web pages locally and keeping track of files.
