What do you like best? Pardot has dramatically improved since Salesforce purchased them. What I really love about Pardot is their ability to evolve. They are consistently implemented new features and I feel like the company actually listens to what the customers need/desire. I've even seen a few of my direct suggestions in the latest releases. What do you like best? Ease of building emails and setting up campaigns. Easy to build landing pages and forms are great. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Automation! Running several campaigns and multiple lists would be a mess without automation. What do you dislike? Great email outreach
What do you like best? I use the report feature and am able to share with my team more efficiently. What do you dislike? I don't like that I can't pull reports and download/save them as PDF's. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I don't know if problems are being solved, but I am able to look more deeply into the outreach that we do.

Pardot is Making Marketing Automation easy to use
What do you like best? The tracking of opened emails allowing me to see who and when a link was clicked What do you dislike? Just the learning curve to become completely familiar with all of Pardot's capabilities What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Nurturing leads through automation to remain in front of prospect. Landing page generation has been very beneficial

Everything is very easy to use. Would recommend.
What do you like best? Very easy to use out the box and the support you receive via the online chat support is best in class What do you dislike? Support are not always in before 10.30! But they're great What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? All my sales leads are quickly organised and filtered to the right sales person
