A nice upgrade in the Marketing Automation world

What do you like best? Compared to our previous MA solution, the best thing we love about Pardot is it's responsiveness. Whether it's responding to individual problems or industry-wide trends, Pardot is above and beyond other MA providers in always looking forward. What do you dislike? What do you like best? The system is pretty easy to learn and allows us to keep track of our leads and what they are doing. The ease of creating forms and implementing them to our website is great. Support is always quick to respond with a solution to whatever issue we are facing. What do you dislike? Super easy to get up and running

What do you like best? Getting going on Pardot was pretty easy. We've been using the product for a couple of months now and have already integrated it into most of our marketing programs. I love being able to see how people are interacting with the content we produce and distribute. What do you dislike? Pardot's keyword management is pretty limited. Excellent tool for tracking customer activity

What do you like best? Pardot is a great sales/marketing tool. Because of it, I have instant rapport with prospective clients because I know what features of my site they have been reviewing, as well as when they are online. I have been able to contact people extremely quickly when they request access to my site, which has definitely been appreciated. "Thank you for responding so quickly!" and "that was fast" are two phrases that I hear constantly because of pardot. What do you dislike? ...

Excellent product!

What do you like best? The easy to use platform, we migrated from another system that always had issues and with Pardot everything was easy to use out of the box. We now are able to track and measure efficiently with the salesforce plug in was a plus for us! Support questions are always answered on time as well which is a plus. What do you dislike? Easy to use platform with a growing feature set

What do you like best? I love Pardot's support team. I can ask them questions whenever I need them. No waiting for someone to email me back. What do you like best? We are able to manage all of our back-end workflows through Pardot (forms, LPs, dynamic lists, sales queues, etc and it integrates with SF. What do you dislike? There are some limitations when it comes to jiving with SF - ie. they both speak a different language and handle things like 'Leads' vs. ''Prospects' differently. Great product that increases efficiency and contact with all partners

What do you like best? I really like the drip campaigns and how we can establish a list and continually follow up even though the email is generated by Pardot and sent from my email address. What do you like best? The customer support is amazing. There is always someone on Pardot chat to guide me through any difficulties I might be having. They even follow through with every request, to make sure I have completely solved my problem. What do you dislike?
