What do you like best? As a graphic designer and marketing director I love the ability to send mass emails and design landing pages on the fly. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Incredible customer service and support, affordable for SMBs, pretty easy to get up and running What do you dislike? Uploading lists. Naming a list first, then having to import the prospects - seems like there could be an easier way. All on one page maybe? What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Marketing automation and slight sales campaign tracking.

Glad we're using Pardot!

What do you like best? I find the visibility into prospect activity essential for following up in a timely manner. What do you dislike? A grid option and alignment assistance in the landing page editor would be helpful. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Simplifying the patient billing experience. Pardot has helped us get the word out!

Great UI, Salesforce.com needs to catch up

What do you like best? The user interface is very clean and support is hyper-responsive. What do you dislike? Salesforce.com is clunky and does not integrate seamlessly with Pardot. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Pardot has helped make our email process more automatic and templated which saves a lot of time.

The email system could be a bit more intuitive and robust and allow for better testing (to ensure all functions work even for draft emails. Makes a small marketing team more effective

What do you like best? As a relatively small tech company, we have a limited marketing budget and staff. Pardot allows me to easily reach out to customers from trade shows, webinars, web leads, etc. The scoring/grading feature also helps define the top prospects and makes our sales team efforts more effective.
