Game Changing

What do you like best? I love the lead deck. The infinite trackability really is a game changer What do you dislike? gmail integration stinks. I don't like that i cant easily use the gmail client to send tracked emails. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Marketing automation, and only reaching out to clearly interested parties.

Using Pardot since early 2013

What do you like best? The platform is always being updated with more improved features and better usability methods. They have done a good job of not making it seem overly complicated but when you need advanced capabilities, it has them. Their documentation is very good. And their support is amazing prompt and accurate. What do you dislike? Wish that they would have their designed their use of forms and landing pages such that more user tags for custom content would be available. They ...

A nice upgrade in the Marketing Automation world

What do you like best? Compared to our previous MA solution, the best thing we love about Pardot is it's responsiveness. Whether it's responding to individual problems or industry-wide trends, Pardot is above and beyond other MA providers in always looking forward. What do you dislike? What do you like best? I like the UI, it is very clean and easy to use. The ability to create templates for all content helps align the look and feel of content across multiple users and regions. Pardot has been effective for our business

What do you like best? We started using Pardot a few months ago and had to integrate it with our site. The customer service was great in helping me get the information I needed right away. Their setup tutorial was easy for a developer like me to understand and follow. We were able to get it up and running pretty quickly and have seen great results. What do you dislike? Easy to use software - but still comes down to your own ability.

What do you like best? Easy to set up simple nurture and drip campaigns. Great for tracking lead activity and scoring accordingly. The WYSIWYG editor for email and landing pages makes it easy for beginners but also has custom CSS options. Progressive profiling makes it easier to build a complete profile of clients.
