Social scheduling great & prospect nurturing made simple
What do you like best? The ability to integrate all of our social channels in one place and manage our marketing calendar is fantastic. I was very happy when Pardot rolled out that feature so that we could track what was going out and when. The fact that we can drag and drop the logic in our drip campaigns makes them easy to use, and simple to run and edit. The template editor makes it simple to create a variety of branded emails. Great choice for marketing automation software
What do you like best? Pardot is pretty intuitive and easy to use. Also they have great support. Every time I have a question I am able to get help via chat, call or email. That's very important to me, as things change so much, sometimes you just need to get help. You can't do that as quickly with many Pardot competitors. What do you like best? I like the UI, it is very clean and easy to use. The ability to create templates for all content helps align the look and feel of content across multiple users and regions. What do you dislike? There are some basic features like auto tagging email links with GA params, segmenting based on connector integration (eventbrite and creating custom fields for forms that would be great. Perfect for small businesses!
What do you like best? The email editor is fantastic and easy to use. Separating out the people who need to get the email from people who should not receive it is simple and intuitive. Pardot support team members are always pleasant and knowledgeable! What do you dislike? Navigating uploaded files is difficult without a gallery preview of images/PDFs, and no easy way to determine where each file is being used. Slightly obscure user pathways, but overall a powerful tool
What do you like best? PROS - Easy to navigate to main tools such as email templates, campaigns, landing pages - Main analytics are always front and center - Ability to save and manage campaigns easily, even those that span multiple platforms - Detailed prospect tracking all in one place What do you dislike? Super helpful!
What do you like best? I was able to submit a support ticket, and get an actual response from a real person. Then that person walked me through my issue and explained how to fix it. Plus a former intern of mine works for Pardot, so I'm happy about that : What do you dislike? Great product and they are making it better
What do you like best? The connectivity between applications is fantastic. It really lets the sky be the limit when it comes to syncing applications. They are also FANTASTIC with customer support and helping you solve problems that come up. What do you dislike? If you have a problem, it can sometimes take a while to get it fixed. It's getting much better but there are times that Pardot and Salesforce wouldn't communicate right and it led to poor client experience on our end. Overall, ...

Pretty close to perfect!
What do you like best? UI is great and all the functions are getting better day by day... What do you dislike? Google+ & LinkedIn company pages would be nice to have there for the social posting. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We needed a command center for social media posting & tracking and that is what we got! And so much more like a great tool for creating newsletter and drip campaigns!!

Great resource for prospecting and targeting new business
What do you like best? Tracking prospect activity and receiving activity notification alerts real time. Also, the daily visitor report to see what companies might be ready to talk. What do you dislike? Increased firewall protection and ant-cookie software is beginning to limit some of the tracking capabilities. Great UI, Salesforce.com needs to catch up
What do you like best? The user interface is very clean and support is hyper-responsive. What do you dislike? Salesforce.com is clunky and does not integrate seamlessly with Pardot. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Pardot has helped make our email process more automatic and templated which saves a lot of time.
