Helps Tie it Together
What do you like best? Pardot has been an exceptional tool for our sales/marketing teams. We are able to target prospects in a more efficient and effective manner. Being more strategic in how we approach sales/marketing allows our team to better manage its pipeline and minimize the likelihood of something falling through the cracks. What do you dislike? The template feature can be a bit cumbersome when one wants to send 'one-off' emails. What business problems are you solving with the ...

Super helpful!
What do you like best? I was able to submit a support ticket, and get an actual response from a real person. Then that person walked me through my issue and explained how to fix it. Plus a former intern of mine works for Pardot, so I'm happy about that : What do you dislike? I don't like the "storage.pardot" links that show when something is saved a JPEG and I open it in my browser. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We're able ...

Second Time Pardot User
What do you like best? Pardot is user friendly. I used it at the last organization I was with in my marketing role, and when I switched jobs, I recommended Pardot to my director. The integration process has been smooth, and love all the hands on help we have received. What do you dislike? Complexity of use and wide range of options. There is so much you can do on Pardot. I feel as though I've barely scratched the surface. It could easily take a up a full-time position or two just to ...

Great product and they are making it better
What do you like best? The connectivity between applications is fantastic. It really lets the sky be the limit when it comes to syncing applications. They are also FANTASTIC with customer support and helping you solve problems that come up. What do you dislike? If you have a problem, it can sometimes take a while to get it fixed. It's getting much better but there are times that Pardot and Salesforce wouldn't communicate right and it led to poor client experience on our end. Overall, ...

Pretty close to perfect!
What do you like best? UI is great and all the functions are getting better day by day... What do you dislike? Google+ & LinkedIn company pages would be nice to have there for the social posting. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We needed a command center for social media posting & tracking and that is what we got! And so much more like a great tool for creating newsletter and drip campaigns!!

Great marketing automation for nuturing leads
What do you like best? I like the Drip Campaign and segmentation of clients in different cycles. What do you dislike? Email Supression, I want to be able to be smarter about suppressing emails (not emailing someone too many times. Also, being able to add/remove prospects to a drip manually should be an option. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Staying connected to prospect in different stages of sales cycle. Lead nurturing.

Pardot Beginner
What do you like best? The User Interface: It is incredibly easy (much easier than other Marketing Automation platforms that I have tried with the drag and drop feature. What do you dislike? There are some limitations with the segmentation of lists as well as the inability to use the same form in multiple campaigns. We generally have several campaigns going on at the same time and need to create separate forms for each. What business problems are you solving with the product? What ...

Pardot Still Sets the Standard for My Campaign-to-Cash Needs
What do you like best? Pardot is, in my opinion, the premier tool for automating my marketing efforts. This is primarily because of the richness of the sources to which the tool connects. For example, I heavily use Wistia for hosting online video because of it's performance and it's ability to track views by email address. Pardot gives me the ability to augment that with connections to my social outposts on Facebook, Twitter, etc. What do you dislike? I think the acquisition of Pardot ...
