Pardot = Sales
What do you like best? Pardot makes tracking qualified prospects easy and effective. Being able to see what our prospects are leaning towards give us an edge over the competition! Our sales have significantly improved since using Pardot. What do you dislike? The email system is a bit confusing. All editing occurs to the right and *then* refreshes in the middle. What do you like best? Pardot is user friendly. I used it at the last organization I was with in my marketing role, and when I switched jobs, I recommended Pardot to my director. Great marketing automation for nuturing leads
What do you like best? I like the Drip Campaign and segmentation of clients in different cycles. What do you dislike? Email Supression, I want to be able to be smarter about suppressing emails (not emailing someone too many times. Also, being able to add/remove prospects to a drip manually should be an option. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Staying connected to prospect in different stages of sales cycle. Lead nurturing.

What do you like best? Incredible customer service and support, affordable for SMBs, pretty easy to get up and running What do you dislike? Uploading lists. Naming a list first, then having to import the prospects - seems like there could be an easier way. All on one page maybe? What business problems are you solving with the product? A great service that helps identify the most valuable leads
What do you like best? The ability to go in and clearly see who's done what is invaluable. What do you dislike? Been working through the integration with SalesForce and getting it to sync exactly what you want has taken more time than expected. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We're identifying who to spend out time with.

What do you like best? User-friendly, intuitive to use and well structured. What do you dislike? Pardot covers some basic topics in its training materials. It would be nice to have more comprehensive topics covered. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Identify leads and successfully pursue them.

What do you like best? simple to use. i didn't need to hire a full time person to manage our email marketing.
