Easy to use platform with a growing feature set
What do you like best? I love Pardot's support team. I can ask them questions whenever I need them. No waiting for someone to email me back. Great product that increases efficiency and contact with all partners
What do you like best? I really like the drip campaigns and how we can establish a list and continually follow up even though the email is generated by Pardot and sent from my email address. Pardot helpd us go from 0 - marketing automation in no time!
What do you like best? From lead scoring, to daily visitor & activity reports provide the insight to respond to the most active leads first. Oh, and drip campaigns. What do you dislike? Not able to select a specific time for drip emails to be delivered. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? By scoring leads, Pardot has helped me plan my day based on the most active prospects.

What do you like best? Pardot is a great tool to use either for our clients and for our own marketing purposes. It has been easy to use & effective. What do you dislike? I am new to Pardot but I haven't had anything that I dislike. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Great resource for prospecting and targeting new business
What do you like best? Tracking prospect activity and receiving activity notification alerts real time. Also, the daily visitor report to see what companies might be ready to talk. What do you dislike? Increased firewall protection and ant-cookie software is beginning to limit some of the tracking capabilities. What do you like best? Very easy to use out the box and the support you receive via the online chat support is best in class What do you dislike? Support are not always in before 10.30! A great service that helps identify the most valuable leads
What do you like best? The ability to go in and clearly see who's done what is invaluable. What do you dislike? Been working through the integration with SalesForce and getting it to sync exactly what you want has taken more time than expected. What business problems are you solving with the product?
