I have had issues with some of the interaction reports not being available. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? What do you like best? The email editor is fantastic and easy to use. Separating out the people who need to get the email from people who should not receive it is simple and intuitive. Pardot support team members are always pleasant and knowledgeable! What do you dislike? Excellent tool for tracking customer activity

What do you like best? Pardot is a great sales/marketing tool. Because of it, I have instant rapport with prospective clients because I know what features of my site they have been reviewing, as well as when they are online. I have been able to contact people extremely quickly when they request access to my site, which has definitely been appreciated.
