Pardot
What do you like best? Pardot is relatively user-friendly. The reporting capabilities are informative and efficient. Also importing prospects can be done quickly and can be easily sorted and viewed. What do you dislike? Overall Pardot is efficient, however, their email editor requires some HTML knowledge to create custom emails. What business problems are you solving with the product? It's been quite an experience
What do you like best? I like that it is relatively easy to find what you are looking for. I like how it is easy to sync with Salesforce. Pardot support is fast as replying but not always fast at fixing the issue. I also like being able to send test emails and do rendering tests. What do you dislike? I dislike how hard it is to create emails. Pardot doesn't always respond well to edits made, copying and pasting text into emails, as well as the format you want doesn't always look the ...

What do you like best? I like that there is a non-html editor option for quick edits. I also enjoy the easy-access live chat support. What do you dislike? I dislike the very limited segmentation (re: none options, the lack of accessible dynamic content, the incredibly slow load time, when Pardot eats my emails and they disappear, and the inability to select multiple list options (i.e. add to list a AND remove from list b when loading files. Helpful for creating tracked links
What do you like best? Easy to use. In app support chat. What do you dislike? App is sometimes slow to load What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Able to track social shares.

Simply put ... it works
What do you like best? I think the user interface is fantastic. Someone with no experience can get into the system and understand its basic functionalities with very little training. And the fact that Pardot constantly rolls out enhancements based off user feedback ... that's ROI. Also, I love the support team. Always responsive, always helpful. Pardot makes my job easier!
What do you like best? The new folders feature has helped to streamline the process. Marketing automation with Pardot helps to make my job much easier. What do you dislike? Some of the changes that have been implemented have taken some time to get used to but in the end prove useful. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I use Pardot to automate sales email. It is very easy to use with little knowledge of technology.

Pardot makes marketing life a breeze.
What do you like best? Pardot is the all-in-one tool that every marketer needs. I personally love how simple it is to use and the super clean interface. What do you dislike? There's not much to dislike but if I had to complain, I'd like them to have better social integration similar to that of Buffer app. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Setting up drip campaigns has never been easier.

I love Pardot!
What do you like best? I like the Salesforce integration because I can take my leads and easily drop them into custom drip campaigns that we've created. It's also nice to see my leads' lead score and campaign. What do you dislike? I've never directly had a bad experience with Pardot, but I know that we've had minor issues in the past getting automated emails sent to/from the right people.
