Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (formerly Pardot) is a marketing automation platform built for B2B teams already using Salesforce. Its integration with Salesforce connects sales and marketing data directly—lead tracking, nurturing, and conversion workflows pull from the same system. The platform handles email automation, lead scoring, segmentation, ...Read more

Lots of possibilities, with just a bit of trepidation while implementing

What do you like best? I like the easy interface a great deal. Even though one of my staff is the platform expert who uses it every single day, I'm still able to go in nearly as often to set up my own campaigns, pull lists, and design emails. I think it's a great tool for the "non-techy" crowd. What do you dislike? I dislike that some of the capabilities with individual emails vs. drip campaigns aren't compatible. It's crazy to me that a drip campaign can't track when someone clicks a ...

Pardot Simplifies Web Insights and Marketing Automation

What do you like best? Since switching from Campaigner for mass emails to Pardot, we not only upgraded our email delivery service, but added a great number of additional capabilities. Insights and auto notifications to our sales staff from form completions and file downloads have been one of the highlights. Also, integration with our WebEx, social media, and Salesforce CRM have streamlined our data transfer processes. What do you dislike? Some of the daily activity reports to sales ...

A great time with Pardot

What do you like best? What I like most is the fact that Pardot works as I expect it to, or better. I've been progressively using more and more features and as I lear more, things just seem to become more useful. What do you dislike? There's not much I dislike, but I'd like to see some more logging on the CRM integration. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Marketing automation, and some content management.

Pardot is a great tool

What do you like best? The drip marketing campaigns, the completion action functionality, the advanced reporting and click through report. It helps me not only manage campaigns but also more efficiently manage my salesforce. What do you dislike? The difference in terminology for a pardot campaign vs salesforce campaign. Very confusing at first. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We originally had issues being proactive with our ...

Simple UI, Robust features

What do you like best? The simplistic but yet robust functionality alleviates many of my headaches I typically get from creating and sending out email campaigns. Integration with Salesforce also makes my job easier and is great for sales by providing Pardot activities within Salesforce records. One of my favorite aspects of Pardot is their customer service and support. What do you dislike? I wish I could store email templates within Pardot (not emails for drip campaigns like Pardot ...

Fast, Efficient, Love It

What do you like best? I like the creation of a campaign flow. The drag and drop fluidity (and the rest of the interface for that matter is very intuitive. What do you dislike? Uploading a list, assigning it to a campaign, and finding the list later can sometimes be confusing. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We needed a way to send email campaigns quickly and keep track of a prospect/customers lifecylce online. This tool does ...

Exploring new marketing horizons

What do you like best? Pardot allows us to add a level of sophistication to our marketing activity that we didn't have before. The ability to track interactions with our campaigns and the subsequent visits to our website that they generate has numerous potential uses that we are excited about exploring further. What do you dislike? So far, so good but there are some key functions that are not included in our package. What business problems are you solving with the product? What ...

Unbelievable Opportunity

What do you like best? Ease of use. Once you get the basics down importing prospects, creating lists, and tracking results is very easy. The user interface is clean and the Salesforce connector was easy to install. What do you dislike? The only downside I've seen is that so much can be done through Pardot that it was initially difficult to focus on where to start. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We now have a vehicle for ...

Each day is different

What do you like best? Being able to research the number of opens and clicks What do you dislike? All tables with listed emails usually squeeze the title of the email into a two-character-wide column, which is quite maddening. You can't send an email unless it's to a list. The "new and improved" design window is just another step down from previous versions, so I just design in Dreamweaver and copy it over. If you get an email from pardot and fwd to a friend and that friend hits ...
