Email Marketing Made Easy
What do you like best? The ease of implementation and staff support. Without a bunch of staff to devote to this project, the ease and simplicity to get started was essential to our successful launch - as was our customer support launch-mate - Miriam. A great tool to help our company move into automation
What do you like best? I love that it's easy for me to understand. I'd consider myself an analytical person that enjoys navigating technology and various tools, but I am by no means an IT person, and I've been able to succeed as the company's Pardot administrator, own the entire workflow, and make any changes I see fit. Possibly the Best MRM System On the Market
What do you like best? Pardot is super easy to use, especially in comparison to other MRM systems. It is also very versatile—at our ad agency, we use it for self promoting through email blasts, building forms, tracking traffic to internal campaigns, scoring leads, and we plan to do a drip campaign in the near future. What do you like best? Pardot is super easy to use, especially in comparison to other MRM systems. Great user experience.
What do you like best? Not only does Pardot offer a great user experience, they also value input from their users. We are huge fans of the ideas section and the knowledge base documents are incredibly helpful. The Pardot Solutions team is also extremely helpful in answering all of our questions. What do you dislike? I really don't have anything to dislike about Pardot, they offer lots of opportunity for feedback so that if there is something I am unhappy with we can provide feedback ...

What do you like best? I love the continual upgrades that are being done to pardot to make the tool more user friendly (i.e. adding folders to allow for better segmentation. I also really love the customer support that I have received from Pardot - so far nearly all of the problems that I have encountered have been quickly resolved with the help of chat or a ticket submission! Solid product
What do you like best? Very good UI. Menus and functions are intuitive. What do you dislike? No ability to CC or BCC on mass emails. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Automating a select portion of our marketing processes.
