User interface, great customer support, solid integration with SalesForce.com that will only get better now that SFDC acquired them, great integration with Citrix, and a really good product development team that churns out new features as fast as users can request them. Easy to use with excellent customer support

What do you like best? I don't use Pardot extensively, mostly for creating emails. I like the easy to read reports and feel that Pardot has stellar customer support. There have been multiple times that Pardot Solutions Chat has helped me resolve issues. Not to mention, Pardot is a great resource not only for how to use the product but also for marketing tips and best practices. What do you dislike? What do you like best? The support is fabulous. Every time I have a question I get a quick response --whether it's through a support ticket, our client advocate or the forums. For me, support is huge - I'm juggling a million different responsibilities for multiple clients, and having a support team "at the ready" any time I get stuck makes my job so much easier. What do you like best? Flexible enough to accommodate our special data needs. We're not synced, and use multiple custom CRMs. Pardot's import tool makes it easy to be careful and prevents errors. What do you dislike? Some of our clients use generic emails as a function of their profession. ("webmaster@" etc.. I have to enter them by hand, because they're blocked from import. I don't mind, though; I'd rather that the filter is a little more fussy than not function at all. ...

Really easy to get up and running with a full featured automation system.

What do you like best? Even without the premium package, Pardot allows us to get our news, industry insight and product information out to our contacts with minimal setup and a lot of flexibility. What do you dislike? I don't like the inability to connect to a company LinkedIn page. Currently we can only connect to a personal page.
