Pardot is all hero and no hype.

What do you like best? Our implementation team was stellar. They had everything planned and helped us walk through each feature/function step by step. By the time we got through the complete implementation we we had a complete grasp of the product and how to roll it out to our sales and marketing teams. What do you dislike? What do you like best? The software is easy to use and train people on. It integrates with Netsuite as well as Salesforce seamlessly. My favorite aspect of Pardot is the support in launching. What do you like best? I love how easy it is to create customer segments and automation rules. It also makes it very easy to set up B2B emails and drip campaigns! What do you dislike? I wish there was better version control. Sometimes saved changes get lost when two people collaborate on an email. What do you like best? Pardot is a great marketing automation tool. It allows you to do many things based on customer actions and behavior.
