What do you like best? I was involved as PM/BA in getting company switched from another tool to Pardot as we used SF. Implementation had hick ups with partner Pardot lined us up with and upon reaching out to team Pardot they got it all sorted out right away and follow through was like truly leading by example. I don't run into many issues using Pardot as the interface is very user friendly and there are plenty of features but when I do there is always someone on standby to answer my questions or help me out. The support guys really know their stuff and have a great turn around time. I am able to get to know my account manager and other Pardot users in the community as well. Love Pardot. Not perfect. But it's pretty close to it.

What do you like best? If you're reading this you're probably trying to compare Pardot to other platforms like Marketo, Hubspot etc.. Let me be clear about 1 thing. Pardot is NOT the best solution on the market. You can do far more with Marketo. BUT - and this is a big but. Pardot IS the easiest solution that balances simplicity with complexity. You can do ALOT with Pardot without needing to know Code, or Customize really anything. I would highly recommend to a small / Medium size ...
