Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (formerly Pardot) is a marketing automation platform built for B2B teams already using Salesforce. Its integration with Salesforce connects sales and marketing data directly—lead tracking, nurturing, and conversion workflows pull from the same system. The platform handles email automation, lead scoring, segmentation, ...Read more

Pardot pros and cons

  • Full marketing suite covering automation, lead scoring, segmentation, and campaign execution.

  • Direct Salesforce CRM integration gives unified pipeline visibility across sales and marketing.

  • Drag-and-drop tools for landing pages and emails work without technical expertise.

Great support and customer success

What do you like best? Nice, simple interface, good functionality. It's easy to use even if you're not technical. Customer support and success is brilliant - they have daily webinars you can log in to to ask questions and get advice, and I've found the whole team very responsive. I love that you can build custom redirect links and track clicks anywhere - that's an additional advantage I didn't expect. Email builder is really easy to use, and the new Engagement Studio looks great. What ...

Right-Sized Marketing Automation

What do you like best? Pardot strikes the perfect balance of being both powerful and intuitive. The interface is logical and the features work as they should and scale according to your needs. The connections into Salesforce are also a big plus. Additionally, it is easy to learn using their well-executed Knowledge Center. What do you dislike? Social Posting Needs Work. You can't manage images through it which makes it pretty useless. What business problems are you solving with the ...

Started with no knowledge, will soon be getting certified!

What do you like best? I came in with hardly any knowledge of Pardot, only general CRM/CMS experience, and at first was worried that the interface and features were going to be difficult to learn. Thankfully, I was whizzing through everything thanks to the immense support database, FAQ section, and other guides that Pardot provides on top of just trying out different features on my own and learning by doing. The whole dashboard is incredibly easy to use and I have even taught others in ...

Powerful Tool

What do you like best? We used pardot to automate the majority of our processes. It has allowed us to provide better and more consistent service to all of our customers and has saved us significant amounts of time along the way. What do you dislike? Although it sync with salesforce, there are some limitations. For example, prospects must be associated with an opportunity in order for them to receive emails that are sent based on opportunity attributes (even though that opportunity is ...

Happy as can be

What do you like best? Pardot is easy to use and reliable. Additionally, we rarely have challenges that we can't handle internally. But, when we do, support is there very quickly. What do you dislike? Nothing. But there's always room for improvement. The media folder probably could be improved. Recommendations to others considering the product Make sure the decks are clear and you have time to focus on implementation. It's easy to use, but there is still a learning curve. What ...

One of the best marketing automation tool and team to back it all up.

What do you like best? I was involved as PM/BA in getting company switched from another tool to Pardot as we used SF. Implementation had hick ups with partner Pardot lined us up with and upon reaching out to team Pardot they got it all sorted out right away and follow through was like truly leading by example. Product works great especially if you have SF CRM. Integration between system is awesome with ability to track campaigns and being able to actually generate actual revenues etc. ...
