Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (formerly Pardot) is a marketing automation platform built for B2B teams already using Salesforce. Its integration with Salesforce connects sales and marketing data directly—lead tracking, nurturing, and conversion workflows pull from the same system. The platform handles email automation, lead scoring, segmentation, ...Read more

Pardot pros and cons

  • Direct Salesforce CRM integration gives unified pipeline visibility across sales and marketing.

  • Drag-and-drop tools for landing pages and emails work without technical expertise.

Great product that makes marketing automation easy

What do you like best? Easy to use tools for email marketing, lead scoring and marketing automation. Excellent support and integrations. What do you dislike? Creating drip campaigns can be a long process, would be great to be able to copy steps and paste them. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are getting better emails out to the right people more often. Lead scoring means we can identify the best leads to focus on.

Marketing Automation made easy!

What do you like best? As someone who didn't come near marketing automation (not even with a 10' pole in my previous marketing roles-- until now-- I can say that one of the best parts about Pardot is its ease of use. It's easy to create custom re-directs, schedule emails, create lists, and create reporting documents that clearly show the performance of your marketing efforts. What do you dislike? Some of the info that is on the homepage after you log in isn't 100% relevant to me. Would ...

Pardot is an excellent automation tool

What do you like best? My company uses Pardot to help automate our email marketing efforts and nurture leads. Whether using a drip campaign or general newsletters, it's extremely helpful that we can see who opens our emails, what they clicked on and how they interacted with the emails. This then lets our sales team know who is genuinely interested in what products and can then reach out them on a more personal and targeted level. What do you dislike? There isn't much to dislike about ...

Solid and stable platform

What do you like best? Pardot has a seamless integration with salesforce and the flexibility to meet all of our business needs. What do you dislike? The interface can be a bit confusing for non-experienced users. Also, I wish there were more "templated" workflows/features that would allow non-experienced users a place to start What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The ability to score and grade help us rank prospects. Also the use ...

We didn't purchase Pardot, we hired it.

What do you like best? The intuitive interface and navigation. What do you dislike? Need more Pardot chat supporters! Everything else is great. Maybe, if anything, allow for more uses of segmentation rules. Recommendations to others considering the product Talk to Corrao Group! What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Disabling the manual follow up process. A HUGE increase in current custom retention with drip programs sending ...

Great for scaling into a small & growing business

What do you like best? It is well integrated into the entire Salesforce suite of products, and with the Gmail extension it makes it very easy to add emails to leads/contacts. The ease of use for basic needs like uploading our list of contacts and leads help us to automate our emails sent to new clients. What do you dislike? Pardot has A LOT of features and just like it's partner platforms from salesforce it can bee too much at times and clunky., but still all very useful. For the ...
