Salesforce / Pardot vision isn't clear

What do you like best? The engagement studio and drip campaigns are easy to build and navigate. Email templates are of decent quality and the potential for the solution to grow with us is solid. Usually the support team is responsive. What do you dislike? Salesforce is adopting a lot of features that would improve Pardot into the Saleforce application and selling them separately. In a lot of ways I see Salesforce cannibalizing Pardot and feel like I'm getting less integration than ...

Besides a few email marketing issues we've had with rendering, it's been a great product for us.

What do you like best? The thing I like best is that it is so versatile. We are about to do our email marketing, prospect data management, and lead generation all in one place. What do you dislike? The two things we dislike the most are: 1. Inconsistent email rendering (specifically in Outlook 2. Inconsistent customer service (for the money we pay - we should be able to talk to someone around the clock Recommendations to others considering the product Email marketing design ...

Pardot Integration

What do you like best? The reporting is very robust, which is one of the big reasons we changed automation marketing apps to Pardot. That, and the fact that it is now a Salesforce company, so hopefully the integration is aligned more closely to Salesforce's platform. What do you dislike? It is built like Salesforce, so a lot of things aren't intuitive, and there are some things that have no work-around - you just have to use as is. Recommendations to others considering the product ...
