Pardot pros and cons

  • Full marketing suite covering automation, lead scoring, segmentation, and campaign execution.

  • Direct Salesforce CRM integration gives unified pipeline visibility across sales and marketing.

  • Drag-and-drop tools for landing pages and emails work without technical expertise.

  • Analytics and reporting let teams optimize campaigns and track performance.

Awesome marketing automation tool

What do you like best? UI is so clean and simple to understand the tool's functionality. Best thing about the tool is that reporting comes in free if you compare it with marketo in which it comes with paid add on i.e sales insight. It has some other cool features also like you can upload images directly into pardot. What do you dislike? I found it little expensive for small business as it cost's you upto $3K per month. Apart from this there should be more filters in reporting. ...

Easy Marketing Tool

What do you like best? Pardot allows the marketing department to seamlessly set up a calendar, go through prospect lists, and draft/send emails. It is very easy to use, navigate and integrates well with other platforms within the company. What do you dislike? When editing an email draft I have run into problems where I can't change anything from the draft without going into the piece of code for it and changing from there. Also, when assigning a prospect from Pardot to Salesforce I ...

Comprehensive Marketing Platform - with a Few Quirks

What do you like best? As a Salesforce user, I love using Pardot as the two communicate well together. Pardot offers comprehensive marketing needs, including social media scheduling, website forms, emails, drip programs, and an intuitive engagement studio. As someone who would prefer to use as few tools as possible, Pardot does a lot of heavy lifting and you can use it for multiple marketing needs. I also appreciate the quick snapshots the dashboard provides of our emails and social posts ...

It's core functionality is good, but limited ability to customise

What do you like best? Pardot is relatively simple to use. You can quite easily get it tracking on your website, and setting up emails is about as simple as it is in any other mass email mailing program. It's fairly simple to get your prospects imported, and making automation campaigns is a fairly straightforward process. What do you dislike? The main reason we purchased Pardot over other marketing automation platforms, was because it was owned by Salesforce. We assumed that this ...

Marketing Automation Made Easy and Logical

What do you like best? We absolutely love Pardot! It's very intuitive and so easy to use. First, the implementation was great and went smoothly with all our questions answered, lots of best practices and useful tips provided for us etc. If you're already using Salesforce the biggest advantage for you will be full integration with Pardot which makes the databases sync a breeze. Email stats are great, they help a lot in measuring how you're moving towards your marketing goals. What do you ...
