What do you like best? I really like using engagement studio to management marketing campaigns. What do you dislike? I really don't have any complaints about pardot. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Being able to manage marketing campaigns.

Mixed feelings

What do you like best? I like the ability to schedule social posts for multiple accounts and platforms and the tracking link sophistication. What do you dislike? Searching for previous shortlinks, etc. is terrible. In fact, the overall search is terrible. Depending on whether you're looking for a shortlink or an email draft or a file, you have to search by campaign or tag, it's not consistent Plus, it doesn't integrate with our current CRM well. Great for small or inexperienced teams

What do you like best? Ease of use and training. It's fast to implement and takes little expertise or prior knowledge of MA What do you dislike? Scales out quickly if you arent smart with how you set it up Recommendations to others considering the product Make sure you won't outgrow it. It can get expensive What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Marketing automation at scale

What do you like best? Pardot has the ability to do 95% of what I need out of an email client and automation tool. It also integrates with Salesforce extremely easily. What do you dislike?
