Pardot Marketing Automation
What do you like best? I've used other email marketing platforms, and Pardot knocks them out of the park. The automation features available in Pardot make it not only perfect for email marketing, but also executing other marketing-related functions in Salesforce. Its a sledgehammer that works really well for cracking nuts
What do you like best? The power and tool capabilities are great and allow for complex completion actions and logic to be built around campaigns. What do you dislike? The way the tool has been put together is not at all logical or intuitive in the way that you navigate and use the tool. It is quite clear that pieces have been added over time and tacked on. What do you like best? The reporting is quite detailed but most platforms have good tracking elements so it doesn’t stand out.
