School benefits from Pardot Implementation
What do you like best? We use Pardot for our prospective students qualification. Lead Scoring and Lead Grading features are of much use and the new addition of Engagement Studio is helping in automating the program to engage the students What do you dislike? Would like to inclusion of multiple channels as SMS, push notifications, etc., What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Lead Nurturing and Qualification.

Pardot works for us
What do you like best? Lead scoring and tracking are nice features in Pardot. Engage is also a great feature What do you dislike? Email builder is difficult to work with. There are many different paths to get to where you want to go What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Engage has allowed our sales teams to better interact with their clients

Pardot - Not impressed
What do you like best? The fact that I can send out automated emails What do you dislike? Everything in Pardot is all over the place. I don't think there is a logical structure behind where templates are, segmentation lists..its all very confusing What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Solving problems of reaching leads/customers with relevant content

Not just for B2B
What do you like best? Pardot is a relatively user-friendly Marketing Automation solution. It's easy to navigate and there's a healthy user community that's willing to help out if you have a question or looking to evolve your skills in the tool. I'm a big fan of leveraging the tool to intelligently automate tasks and processes where it makes sense. Decent platform, no where near it's peers, but good if you use Salesforce.
What do you like best? The simple integration with Salesforce is very smooth, efficient and glitch-free! What do you dislike? It's not extremely user friendly and is very limited in functionality. Not user friendly, takes a lot of training
What do you like best? There are a lot of options within Pardot, you can track almost anything. What do you dislike? Very hard to use, takes a lot of training, email template builder is limited and you have to code everything Recommendations to others considering the product: Take a lot of training- invest a LOT of time What problems are you solving with the product? Easy to use!
What do you like best? I have been using Pardot since 2013. The platform is really easy to use. The recent focus on new product features is making Pardot better and better each day. What do you dislike? The Social posting feature is very basic and not really worth using. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We use Pardot to entice, grow and close business.

Pardot excels at some things, falls short on others
What do you like best? Pardot superbly combines digital analytics, marketing and sales data for use across teams. What do you dislike? Pardot does a poor job of connecting with other systems outside the Salesforce eco-system, like Google or Adobe. Data connectivity is critical to marketing success, and Pardot misses the mark.
